Proformance Inc., secured the largest contract ever given to a starting pitcher with just 1+ years of Major League Service, with a 4 year $15,000,000 contract for Cleveland Indian's Fausto Carmona. Including option years, Carmona's deal could potentially be worth up to $47,000,000 over 7 years.


November 2007
Proformance, Inc., secured a 4-year, 46 million (with a 5th year option bringing the deal to $57 Million) contract with the Cincinnati Reds and Francisco Cordero. This is the largest 4-year contract ever given to a reliever, making him the second highest paid reliever in terms of average annual salary (AAV).
